I bought this through an employee purchase at work. Very comfortable, heavy duty as well. Couch is extremely heavy, mostly due to the recliners on either side, and the combination wood and steel frame. Armrests are heavily padded, but seats are firm. Strangely, I got mine significantly cheaper than what I have seen online (online ranges from 5 to 8 hundred, got mine for 3 hundred).
